Dear Tourists,
We are sincerely take utmost care to maintain a family atmosphere, healthy, happy and homely environment on tour. To avoid misunderstandings between the tour organisers / Tour Escorts and the participants, we have drafted some Booking Conditions which are for your rights and not to cause any inconvenience.
We hereby present the same for your kind perusal and request you to read and understand carefully the same before you book for any of the tours incorporated in this brochure.

We are Travel and Holiday Organisers only. We do not control or operate any Airline neither do we own or control any Shipping Company, Coach or Coach company, Hotel, Transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take utmost care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday. But because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we would not hold ourselves responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, Airlines, Shipping companies, Coach owners / Coach operators who are company’s independent contractors arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.
Every effort is made to ensure the Brochure accuracy based on the available information. Tour Costs quoted in our Brochure, have been calculated at the Rates prevailing at the time of printing this Brochure. The Company reserves the right to amend the Costs published in this Brochure in case of Currency fluctuations, Changes in the various gross rates of exchange & / or Fuel costs, Increase in the Air, Rail, Bus fares before the date of departure into surcharge accordingly. This cancels all previous brochures, letters and any other modes of circulation.
01. Participants are requested to go through all the Terms and Conditions before booking the tour. Once you book on a tour, it is taken for granted that you have read and understood Booking Conditions drafted by the company and agreed to abide by them.
02. Please return duly signed & completed booking form to our Main office or our appointed agents, along with RS. 10000/- for Domestic Tours & RS. 15000/- for Poorvanchal (all packages), Leh-Ladakh, Andaman Tours & International Tours in the name of ARADHANA TOURS, per head as an advance. It should be paid in Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft as the First Installment in any of our Branches / Offices.
03. The remaining balance amount should be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of the tour. Balance amount should be remitted in Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft.
04. If you book for the tour between 15 to 10 days prior to the departure date, then the entire amount should be remitted at the time of booking in Cash or D. D. only. Personal Cheques will not be accepted, may please be noted.
05. It is a group tour. To ensure pleasant, healthy atmosphere on the tour, Smoking, Drinking of Alcoholic Drinks, Gambling as well as obscenity of any kind is strictly prohibited where participants are in a group such as Bus, Bogie, Reception Hall and Dining Room etc. Smoking as well as Eating is not allowed in the Coaches.
06. Our Tour Escort reserves the right to discard from the tour any participant found guilty of misbehavior, Violating Rules of Railways, Buses or Hotels, Breaking Laws of Central / State or Local Government Bodies or similar agencies, Disregarding our tour Rule & Regulations or our Last minute written or Oral Instruction or not observing discipline or found instigating other participants. Participants found guilty on any of these accounts will return home or for any destination of their choice at their own expenses and No Refund shall be given.
07. Any contract or Agreement entered into with us or our Branch / Representatives anywhere, regarding any matter pertaining to our tour or otherwise will be deemed to have been entered into with our Head Office and hence its jurisdiction will be Pune.
08. It shall be the duty of the participants to inform the Company in case the tour participant has any Medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the tour arrangements. The Company reserves the right, where appropriate, to ask the tour participant to provide written Certificate of his / her Medical fitness, before his / her departure. First Aid is Free of cost. If the condition is serious, Doctor’s advice will be taken, and the necessary arrangements will be done for which the participants will have to pay on their own.
09. Tour Cost of our Domestic Tours include – Transfers and all inclusive sightseeing by Non A.C. Luxury Coaches, Mini Coaches, Cars, Bed Tea / Coffee, Breakfasts, Lunches, Evening Tea / Coffee, Dinners, Accommodation in Deluxe Hotels.
10. Our International Tours include - Transfers and all inclusive sightseeing by A.C. Coaches, Mini Coaches, Cars, Bed Tea / Coffee pouches, Breakfasts, Lunches or Food Hampers, Evening Tea / Coffee, Indian Dinners at maximum destinations, Accommodation in 3 to 4 Star Hotels and anything not specified in the Tour Cost does not include column.
11. Personal expenses like Laundry, Room services, Trunk / Telephone calls – S.T.D. / I.S.D., Faxes, Excess Luggage charges, Cost of FTS / BTQ, Mediclaim Insurance and anything not specified in the Tour Cost does not include column.
12. If the Company cancels the Tour due to the Lack of participants, then the Full Amount shall be refunded by Cheque without Interest. However due to the Political Reasons, due to Airline / Rail / Road problems, Unforeseen circumstances such as Natural Calamities, Disruption of Rail tracks or schedules, Social or Domestic Insurgencies, Riots, Strikes etc; sometimes force the tour management to alter the course of or totally cancel a part of a tour. In such condition management reserves the right to terminate or Change the Route, Skip sightseeing spots. In such conditions, tour management absolves itself of any compensation to the clients, participating the tour. Also if due to the abovementioned calamities, duration of the tour increases, it will be a binding on the participants to pay the Company RS. 1200/- per day per head on Domestic tours & $ 95 per day per head on International tours.
13. The sightseeing spots, close enough within easy walking distance will have to be visited on foot. The tour management does not bind itself for arranging alternative transport modes.
14. The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to the client or any person traveling, for any - Death, Personal Injury, Sickness, Accident, Loss, Delay, Discomfort and Increased Expenses, Consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused. In this condition expression “Howsoever Caused” includes willful negligence on the part of any person.
15. The management reserves the Right to accept, Right at any time and for any reason to terminate contract after acceptance of Deposit prior to the commencement of a tour without assigning any reason whatsoever. In the event, the company terminates the contract; the company shall refund the amount of the deposit to the client without payment of any interest.
16. Tour participant/s, who’s Visa/s are not granted by the Consulates must intimate us. In case of rejection of the Visa, Participant needs to cancel the tour, Cancellation charges will be applicable.
17. We issue L. T. C. / L. F. C. Certificates, even for accommodation. Kindly let us know about it at the time of booking. Also it is the duty of the participant to ask for and to coll
ect the Bus Permit on the tour itself.18. At the time of booking, participants must issue clear, written instruction to that effect, choice of different Trains / Classes for the Rail travel right at the time of their Initial Booking.. The Rail reservation starts 90 days prior to the departure. Sometimes the Train tickets get completely sold out within few minutes after the ticket counter opens. There is no guarantee of getting any specific class. If the class, which has been requested by the participant, is not available, booking is done for the next available class. In such event the participants will have to travel by the available reserved class and will have to accept Train, Rail class, Berth / Seats that the Railway reservation office provides and / or available and will have to pay or accept the difference accordingly. Also, sometimes the Rail tickets are to be booked in Break Journey / Quota ( with an additional charges ) without prior notice; in such event clients will have to accept the same.
19. All international tours are subject to R.B.I. / G.O.I. approval.
20. Tours are subject to a minimum of 15 paying participants.
21. Hotels / Airlines / Flights / Departure days / Departure timings / Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice. Company reserves the right to cancel any tour. In both the events, the company shall not be liable for any damage / loss / additional expense by the participants.
22. No separate bed will be provided for children below 12 years of age.
23. In-Flight services are not included in the tour cost. If there is any change in the flight schedule or the meals are not served, expenses for the same have to be borne by the participant. The company shall not compensate for the same.
24. Optional tours taken by the participants will be at their choice. The company shall not be responsible for any sightseeing missed by the participants on account of Optional tours.
25. If the participant wishes to take any Optional or Add-on tour through the company, he / she will be liable to pay the cost prescribed by the company before the tour departure.
26. Refund if any will be made by a Cheque only.
27. If a person traveling alone desires to share a room, the company will look for the suitable room partner if available. He / she have to share a double room, but company cannot guarantee for the partner & his / her interaction with the participant. If the participant wishes to opt for a Single Room, he / she will have to pay the Single Occupancy Charges, at the time of booking.
28. The initial amount paid at the time of booking a tour, is Non Refundable and Interest Free.
29. We reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if the circumstances make it necessary to do so. The meals are preset and the choice of menu is not available.
30. Safe Deposit Lockers are available in most of the hotels. We advise you to keep your valuables in the same. The company will not be responsible if anything is misplaced or stolen when on tour.
31. Air Conditioned / Air Cooled coaches are used on our International tours only. Non-A.C. Coaches / Mini Coaches / Cars are used on our Domestic tours. In both the cases of coaches being used, seats are allocated on the first day of the tour, and will follow Rotation System, which is Aradhana’s specialty.
32. Tipping is customary in all parts of the world for the services rendered by Porters, Coach Drivers, Tour Guides etc. Tips are included in the tour costs, may please be noted.
33. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour.
34. Change or amendment in the tour programme will be done at additional processing fees and participants will have to pay the actual expenses incurred due to the change or amendment.
35. To get your doubts cleared and ensure your correct departure time / point, we strongly recommend you to attend our Pre-tour get-together, if any, specially arranged for you.
36. If you or any member of your group wishes to cancel the tour, will have to make an application in writing to that effect with original receipts issued by the company. Thereafter company will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation charges mentioned in the table below:

37. Service Tax – on Domestic Tour – as applicable ( 2.575 % on Tour Cost)
38. Ropeway rides are included in the tour cost. But sometimes Ropeway is not in function due to electricity problems, or some unavoidable circumstances. In such cases No refund shall be given, may please be noted.
